The rules for using the bot and this site. Short, because the arrangement is simple.

The service
Gheychi Premium is a Telegram bot that retrieves media on your instruction, with a website for plans and usage. Using the bot means accepting these terms.
It is run by a single operator on a single server. It is provided as it is, with no uptime guarantee and no warranty of any kind.
Acceptable use
You are responsible for what you retrieve and what you do with it.
- Do not use the bot for content you have no right to access or copy
- Do not use it to redistribute copyrighted material commercially
- Do not attempt to overload, probe or circumvent quotas and rate limits
- Do not resell access to your account
Restricted content
The bot retrieves protected Telegram posts only from channels its own account can already see. It does not break encryption, defeat access control, or join private channels on your behalf.
A channel owner disabling saving is expressing a preference about their content. Whether retrieving it anyway is appropriate is your judgement and your responsibility, not the tool's.
Plans and payment
Plans are quota allowances for a 30-day period. They do not renew automatically and nothing is charged without you asking.
Automated card checkout is not currently live; plans are arranged and applied manually. Quotas, prices and platform allocations may change, and material changes will be announced through the bot before they take effect.
Refunds
If the service does not work as described within seven days of a purchase, the payment is refunded. Quota already consumed is not refundable, and a change of mind after substantial use is not a fault.
Liability
The service is provided without warranty. The operator is not liable for lost files, missed downloads, downtime, or any consequence of content you retrieved. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to what you paid in the previous 30 days.
Termination
An account may be suspended for abuse of the service or of these terms. You may stop using the bot at any time, and may ask for your account and history to be deleted.
Takedown notices
Rights holders may write to support@gheychee.xyz. The bot stores no media, so a notice is acted on by blocking a source or an account rather than by removing a hosted file.
